Who we are

How We Started Pulsar Talent

2011-19

Origins

We were a subcontractor group for FAANG, working closely with some major industry players. Our team consisted of 2 recruiters, each with over 10 years of experience in various industries. We were part of a European software agency and both of our teams worked hand-in-hand on awesome projects.

2020-21

Diversification

Our team's composition changed due to the pandemic, and we evolved along with our client base. We shifted to remote-focused roles within tech and broke into healthcare recruiting.

2022

Expansion

We expanded into Europe, finding ERP-skilled candidates for major financial institutions throughout London, Rome and Madrid. Eastern Europe was a secondary market, we brought talents to robotics firms.

2023

Startup!

No longer a subcontractor group for other agencies, our team founded the company and the rest, as they say, is history.
